The maximum individual file size you can upload inside a contact's record is 4GB.

If you are having an issue with uploading a file into a contact's record please check the file size, if under 4GB this will be OK.

Please also check which browser you are using, if you are having an issue with Safari browser please try switching to Google Chrome or Firefox browser and the file should the upload.
