The Custom Field 'Department' isn't importing because you will need to rename the field on the system and on spreadsheet to something else, as 'Department' is one of our marked fields on the data import template which will map across into the Division field, which if you look inside the 'Edit' you will see this - as shown in the screenshot below:
If you can re-name the field on both the spreadsheet and on the Custom Field section and re-import this it will then populate the field correctly for you.
