We are pleased to announce we have a new feature, introducing our new in-built e-Signature!
Save time and money by using e-signature documents. Cut out the need for printing, posting and waiting for documents to be signed and returned in the post by using our e-signature software.
Just add an e-signature field to your existing documents and send the document securely to one or multiple contacts by email or SMS. Documents can be signed using any device such as phone, tablet or PC.
Use the e-signature software as a stand-alone system or seamlessly with your White Fluffy Cloud CRM account.
e-Signature is ideal for as example, the following documents:
- Contracts
- Policies
- Purchase Orders
- Delivery Notes
- Non Disclosure Agreements
When the document has been signed, you get an instant email to notify you of this and whats more a copy of the signed document is automatically stored inside your CRM account - against the contact's record.
e-signed documents are secure as they are fully encrypted, they are sent directly to the people that need to sign them and are authenticated, keeping you legally compliant and giving added peace of mind.
