If you need to set up a new line with your VoIP phone equipment you will need to configure the line to the phone equipment as part of this you will need to enter an authentication password - please see some guidance below on this: 


The Authentication password/number can be found in the Secret field as shown below:



Please make sure you enter the Secret information into the password authentication field.  


If you enter this incorrectly your VoIP line will be off line and you may have a message displayed saying 'Registration at Provider Failed'
