Please make sure you are not entering special characters into the subject line of an email campaign such as %, £, | (pipe characters) etc as the software does not accept these characters in the subject line.
Instead enter these symbols in full i.e. percentage, pound, dollar, euro etc.
Please send yourself a test of your email to make sure the subject line is displayed correctly.
