When an email campaign has been sent out to your contacts, the e-Marketing report statistics will show you both the OPENED and CLICKED rates.
If you click on the CLICKED rate number as shown below in the example:
You will see the date/time and email address of those contacts that have clicked to open a link contained in the email.
We record each time that the link is clicked – so if someone clicked the link several times (maybe because it was taking sometime to download the document/page) then we would record this in the clicked results list that you see in the above screen shot.
In respect to actual CLICKED results count - this is the number of recipients who have opened it – so if a recipient clicks once or twenty times it is counted as one click.
