To get to the traceroute command on a Mac please do the following:
Perform a traceroute on Mac:
1. Click on Hard Drive.
2. Open Applications.
3. Open Utilities.
4. Click on Terminal to open the command prompt.
This then loads up the traceroute command window.
Please type tracert sip.crmdomainname.com
Let the test run and when completed please copy and paste the trace route log to us at our Support Helpdesk.
By submitting these results to us we will be able to see if there is a block in the network or not.
