Please check that the drop down options have been correctly set up inside Global Settings - as shown below:


When setting information to go in the Drop down menu please ensure each drop down option has a comma (,) to separate but NO space as shown above.  


Please remember You MUST put a comma to finish - as shown below:



If you have set up your Custom Fields correctly then please check that you are not using Internet Explorer browser to run your CRM account as this can explain why when you select a drop down option inside a contacts custom fields the drop down is not saving.


We recommend using either Google Chrome or Firefox browsers on a PC.  If a Mac user either Google Chrome or Safari browsers.
