This is because of the default De-dupe being set - this means that you cannot send the same email more than once to the same person.
If you have sent yourself a test copy of your email campaign then the de-dupe works by recognising that you have already received the email (to your email address) and therefore you will not be sent a copy of the same email campaign again when the email is sent out.
