The red and white email addresses that you see inside the ‘Send Campaign’ window (as shown in the screenshot below) mean the following:
If the email is shown in white or grey it means the email address has been sent an email before over the CRM e-Marketing system.
Those emails shown in red – these are what we call ‘new recipients’ as they have not been sent an email before from the CRM e-Marketing system.
