When you are on a call … if you press on the “keypad” icon (as shown below in red) 

Press ## and then enter the number you wish to send the call to. 

It should then send the call to that number

Can you save the number in the softphone so it comes up?

If you want to save the number so you do not have to enter it each time, if it is a number that you constantly need to transfer to, then our technical team can set up speed dial in the dialler software for you.
